Guidance for awakening consciousness and inner transformation in Montérégie

Like many of the people I guide today, I myself went through periods where the answers I had were no longer enough. Where, despite my efforts, reflections, and the steps I took, something kept pulling me down. It wasn’t just my training that brought me here; it was a combination of profound questions, pivotal encounters, and a conviction that has only grown stronger over the years: human suffering is often less about what happens to us than how our minds interpret it.

For over 21 years, I have been guiding people who feel there is something deeper to understand in what they are experiencing. People who have already searched extensively, reflected deeply, and who sense that another way of looking at their experience is possible. My role is not to give them ready-made answers. It is to support them in developing their own inner clarity, at their own pace, in a space of trust and respect.

My training

My background includes training as a clinical metaphysical therapist, certification in hypnotherapy, and certification as a neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) coach. I am also a member of the Academy of Naturopaths and Naturotherapists of Canada, my professional association, which allows me to issue receipts for insurance purposes.

Over the years, I have deepened my understanding of the mechanisms of perception that influence the human experience, not only through my studies but also through my clinical practice, my own inner journeys, and the hundreds of people I have had the privilege of guiding.

What I teach and what I guide others through, I live myself. It is not a pose. It is a consistency that I hold deeply dear.

My approach

What sets me apart is that I do not seek to “fix” the person who comes to see me. I do not start from the premise that they are broken or in need of repair.

Rather, I start from the observation that certain internal mechanisms, often unconscious and long-established, deeply influence how they perceive and experience life. And that when these mechanisms become visible, something can naturally begin to change.

My work consists of creating the conditions for this visibility to emerge.

I do not impose techniques. I do not offer quick fixes. I provide a space for dialogue, observation, and learning where the person can begin to see what, until now, remained in the shadows.

It is a process of clarity. Not a performance.

What I believe in

I believe that most people who are suffering lack neither courage nor good will. They simply need a different perspective on what they are experiencing.

I believe that lasting transformation does not come from the outside. It emerges when we begin to understand what the mind does with what it receives and discover that another interpretation is possible.

I believe that every person deserves a space where they can settle in, observe themselves without judgment, and move forward at their own pace.

And I deeply believe that seeing things differently is not a privilege reserved for a select few. It is a real possibility, accessible to anyone who feels a sincere desire to understand what is happening within them.
